The Person
Hey, I’m Lexie! I’m based in Missoula, Montana, where I’ve been learning to cross-country ski and make peace with the bear population since 2022.
I grew up in North Carolina, chased beach days in San Diego, and soaked up mountain views in Denver before eventually settling here. These days, I’m into the slower pace, crisp air, and general Big Sky charm of it all.
I’m working on my bird IDs, so I can pass as a true Montanan and correctly answer my sister when she quizzes me on what kind of bird that was. Thankfully, the bald eagle population is large here.
In the rest of my time, you can find me curating yet another Spotify playlist, lying in my hammock puzzling over the NYT’s Spelling Bee, and meandering around the neighborhood after work with my slow-walking, four-legged sidekick, Baby. Once we’ve visited each of Baby’s boyfriends, we wrap up the day trading small updates over the fence with neighbors as the sun gets low. It’s a simple little life, and I’m very happy it's mine.
